Datin Adiba’s professional background spans more than 16 years across the corporate and legal sectors, distinguished by a multidisciplinary portfolio encompassing legal practice, corporate leadership, social entrepreneurship, and civil society advocacy. As an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya, her principal areas of practice include corporate insurance litigation, criminal litigation, and corporate conveyancing.
Her corporate experience has further strengthened her expertise in stakeholder management and corporate communications, enabling her to cultivate and maintain an extensive professional network both regionally and internationally.
Beyond her professional practice, Datin Adiba remains actively involved in philanthropic and civil society initiatives. She serves on the board of an international civil society organisation and is a committed advocate for social justice, community empowerment, and sustainable social impact through her involvement with various NGOs and charitable organisations in Malaysia and abroad.
Datin Adiba graduated with honours from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). In recognition of her exceptional achievements and contributions in competitive debating at both national and international levels, she was the sole recipient of the Curriculum Award conferred by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Chancellor of UiTM.
She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2009.
